Matthew Amoah returns to NAC Breda for invitational match

Ex-Black Stars forward Mathew Amoah has returned to his former club NAC Breda for an invitational game against Bavel on Friday.

The Ghanaian together with a group of former NAC Breda players will feature in a game that keeps both old and new players together.

Th former NAC players for the invitational game are Brian Piris, Frank Broers, Geert Brusselers, Johan Gabriëls, Marcel van Helmond, , Michael Dingsdag , Peter Remie, Rob Penders, Tim Gilissen and Wilco de Vogt and Yureck Persoon.

The 37 year old played for NAC Breda between 2005 to 2007, playing 105 times and scored 43 times for the club.

Amoah is revered in Ghana for playing a significant role in the country’s first appearance at the World Cup.

He previously play for Heracles Amelo, Borrusia Dortmund and Vittesse Arnhem.
