NAPO to trained teachers- No vancy, no employment

Trained academics who have passed their licensure examination and with success complete their national service can only use by the Republic of Ghana Education Service supported declared vacancies, Education Minister Matthew Opoku Prempeh disclosed.

“Those who passed the licensure exams at the tip of their national service,” he told Parliament tuesday “shall then apply to the African country Education Service for employment supported declared vacancies.”

Dr Opoku Prempeh created the speech act in a solution to a matter filed by the Member of Parliament for Akatsi North, Peter Nortsu-Kotoe.

The non-public schools concerned were; Methodist school of education, Akim Oda, 54, Jackson school of education, Kumasi, 2084, Christ The Church school of education, Kumasi, 46, Cambridge school of education, Kumasi, 9.

The rest are; St bishop school of education, Dormaa (which has since been absorbed by the general public education system), 31, hypostasis school of education, Ho, 92, MCcoy school of education, Nadowli, eighty six and SDA school of education, Agona-Ashanti, 55.

“As a result all graduates of schools of education as well as those from public and personal were registered by the service secretariat and unitedly with the African country Education Service to undertake their national service that they are presently undergoing,” he explicit , adding: “Mr Speaker, this was the primary time ever that graduate of personal schools of education were directly denote by African country Education Service.”
