Ghana’s blind sport team cry for financial support: Tokyi 2020

The ghana Blind Sports Association(GBSA) has placed an SOS decision to the sports Minister patriarch Asiamah to come back to the help of the Goalball team, as each male and feminine groups are beaked to participate within the 2019 IBSA Goalball and athletics International Qualifier from 29 june – 9 July in fort wayne, Indiana, USA.

The competition could be a crucial probability for Team Ghana to secure their price tag to the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. Sixteen slots are given to every gender.

According to the President of the Ghana Blind Sports Association Eric Kissi they need conferred their budget to the sports ministry and is expecting the sports ministry to support them.

“We are running against the clock March 31st is that the point in time and that we should pay our registration fee.”

“We haven’t had the chance to fulfill the minister we all know he’s busy person however once more we have a tendency to are appealing to join forces bodies to come back to our aid.”

The Ghana Blind Sports Association is that the sports wing of the Ghana Blind Union, and connected to the international Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) and mandated to develop blind sports in association with the National Paralympic Committee of Ghana through the National.
