Head coach of Ghana’s senior national team, James Kwasi Appiah says he’s impressed with the attitude his players exhibited throughout the team’s first training at the Accra sports stadium on Tuesday.

Twenty one players out of 24 players turned up for the coaching with the remaining 3 expected to affix the team in camp today.

The 3 players include Kwadwo Asamoah, Caleb Ekuban and Daniel Opare who replaces Andy Yiadom. The Reading FC wing back picked up an injury during his sides league game over the weekend.

The team trained for 2 hours and prying drills, exercises, passing and later had a short game to test the waters.

Speaking after the training session, Coach Kwasi Appiah revealed that the decent performance of the players can create it difficult for him to call a squad for Saturday’s final AFCON qualifier game.

“Since they came, everyone is comporting himself and if you look at the coaching sessions at a degree in time I wished to shut as a result of everyone is proving what he will play and in actual truth it makes the work troublesome on behalf of me however it’s smart for the state,” the coach aforementioned

He else that the team “will be coaching nowadays (Wednesday) around 6pm in order that we’ve got a feel of the sunshine then we have a tendency to train on Th afternoon and on weekday morning.”

The Harambee stars of kenya are expected to arrive in Accra on Thursday.
