Highlife musician Akwaboah has featured his father on a remix type of the latter’s ‘Awerekyekyere’ tune.
The masterpiece, recorded live, shows the lyrical finesse and powerful connection between father and son–highlife old-timer Kwadwo Akwaboah Snr and Akwaboah Jnr.
Released at the event on his birthday 30 August 2020, Akwaboah deems it an honour to have a remix type of his father’s tune with him, narrating it as “a timeless song that will be played for generations to come.”
