The Registrar-General’s Department has rigged out a third and final message to flip out names of inactive companies from its Register.

The note comes after the Department rigged out previous notices issued on December 1, 2020.

A declaration issued in Accra and spotted by Mrs Jemima Oware, the Registrar-General, stated “kindly note that if at the expiration of 3 months from the date of this notice, the Company has still not filed its Annual Returns, the name of the Company shall, unless a reason is shown, be struck off the Register and the Company shall stand dissolved.”

It stated the Department by this note urged the businesses to visit www.rgd.gov.gh, click on news, and scroll down to sight the list of businesses the Registrar planned to knock off the Register.
